Hello! My name is Aiden Bonzer and grew up in Murrysville Pennsylvania.

 

The people and companies that inspire me and my artwork are Jack Pierce, Tom Savini, Greg Nicotero, Vincent Price, Don Post Studios and Stan Winston Studios as well as Distortions Unlimited. My education in art and special effects comes from, Tom Savini’s special makeup effects program, as well as taking several advanced art classes in high school. If you enjoy all things Horror, then you have come to the right place! Several of my skills and talents as well as projects I have done are, Mask making, mold making, sculpting, eyes and teeth, hair laying/punching, Silicone and Latex work as well as prop making. I tend to go for realism in my work, but I do also enjoy branching out every once and a while and making abstract and weird as well as creepy things. My process does require a lot of thinking and planning, but I am able to start and expand upon my ideas as I go along further in the creation process. What makes my work unique is that I have been told by teachers as well as friends and family that my work resembles the earlier works of Don Post and his masks and other projects. Art can often be very subjective but if you are proud and passionate of the time, effort and work that you put into creating something magnificent and you are proud of no matter what kind of art it may be, if you love doing it nobody can take that away from you. Instructors, Friends and family have nothing but wonderful and amazing things to say about my artwork, especially with the amount of time I put in and the overall creativity of the piece I am trying to make or convey.
